Stability.

Sometimes life just pootles along being ordinary! Admittedly, not often in Baggy's life, but every now and again it does just that. When it does, Hormonal Hannah can't remember what happened the previous day, let alone a week ago. That is currently the case. So this blog will be brief Baggees!

Of course, there has been lots of beach visiting as always. Pepper Pooch is none the worse for his experience of being swept onto the sand dune by a freak wave. And come to that, neither is Furry Mama. They both love the beach and won't be put off by a mere drenching! It's fascinating though watching such a powerful beast as The North Sea. Clever Bird is equally mesmerised and horrified by the power of the sea, and the effect it's having on the local coastline. Furry Mama doesn't know from one trip to the next, whether the beach will be sand or pebbles; smooth or banked; covered in glass and ceramics or devoid of them. And as for the sea itself, it doesn't seem possible to predict what it will be up to.

Freda Fretter did decide to go to Dunwich Heath the day after the 'incident', and it was stunning!

They did go on the beach, because the pooch whiffed after his detours into the smelly dykes, but Clara forgot to take photos.

The next day they went back to Southwold. Creative Clara decided to photograph the beach as it was so similar to the day of the freak wave. The tide was once again almost fully out, but on its way in. The sea was similarly frothy, albeit not quite as wild and woolly as it was the previous time. The biggest difference was that it was sunny, rather than pouring with rain. But the following shots show just how far the freak wave travelled!

And Clever Bird realised that a chunk of the sand dunes has subsequently been worn away! Pepper wasn't too impressed with his Mum's way of drying him off!

Next day they pootled a little further up the coast to Dunwich and the sea was like a mill pond!

And it certainly didn't feel like Autumn!

No beach on Saturday, as Creative Clara had a Brocante to go to. But on Sunday, Furry Mama, Calum and the pooch headed to Pakefield beach, which is further up the coast. It was another glorious day, but with a proper bite to the wind.

It's close to a big supermarket, so a good beach to visit when shopping is needed! Today they once again went to Southwold. It's a really mild day, with no breeze at all, so Clever Bird was expecting another mill pond, not the frothy sea that was the reality!

There's seemingly no rhyme nor reason to what the sea will be up to, but that's just part of the fun! Now Furry Mama is sitting praying that there are no fireworks in the village this evening, as last night's had the poor pooch cowering under the bed upstairs.....

Note to readers (my lovely Baggees): For the avoidance of any doubt - every character in this blog is me!!! No Baggy was harmed in its writing.

Baggy's daily state!
Depression (Black = really bad/Grey = not great/Blue = okay/Yellow = sunny day): Yellow.
Anxiety (From 1 = barely any to 10 = gibbering wreck standard): 4.

Tears: Yeah, but that's okay.
