Tackling depression.
The new routine seems to be working a treat. The pooch seems to be enjoying the routine as much as Hormonal Hannah is. After Baggy has taken Furry Mama and Pepper to one of the various stunning beaches that are within a twenty-minute drive, and they have walked, and ball-chased for at least ninety-minutes, Baggy takes Grotty Groom to the yard. The sea air and exercise seem to remove any angst that Hormonal Hannah was feeling when Baggy woke up, and the pooch just loves hurtling and even swimming in this freezing weather.
By the time they get to the yard, Pepper is more than happy to stay in Billy Bob Jalopy campervan, and curl up and go to sleep. This means that Grotty Groom can relax and spend time with her Boys, without worrying about the pooch. Baggy is delighted to say, that rather than Hannah preventing Grotty from going to the yard for weeks at a time, she's been going and spending time with the hairy boys, every day. She's even started to bring both of them back into work, just taking them out in hand to both of the ménages, to get them chilled out about doing this, before she starts riding Joey. Grotty is also getting Baggy back on track to lose enough weight to be able to get back on her own beloved Boy once again.
Last week, Creative Clara had six orders from her little etsy shop, so they were all posted off, as part of her routine, and new products were added to her shop. Possibly most surprising of all, this new found sense of purpose, has even had The Domestic Goddess being positive. Yep, really! She has been battling the 'junk room', aka known as Clara's office - which is a joke, as Baggy could literally not get into the room for the junk. She has even managed to get Hannah (who is the worst kind of hoarder), to throw stuff out! It's a minor miracle, and Baggy is finding it extremely cathartic, but it's about blooming time! For instance, she decided ages ago to get rid of her paperbacks that have been following her around for years, often not even leaving their packing crates. The plan was to re-read them and then just keep her favourites, but this plan failed, and no books went anywhere. Well now well over a hundred have gone off to be recycled into something more interesting.
Even Gloria Gardener made a brief appearance, when Freda Fretter made her burn lots of paperwork. You know the hoarding is out of hand, when the paperwork included mortgage offers and documents from 1988 onwards; every single livery, vet, dentist, physio and any other bill that the Boys have ever had! Every bank statement she has ever had! And on, and on.......
Well, she still can't get in the office, but she can see the carpet!
Tomorrow is Baggy's latest visit to the doctor, and she will be able to report, that even though she is falling apart at the seams, Hannah seems to be under control........
