Note to readers (my lovely Baggees): For the avoidance of any doubt - every character in this blog is me!!! No Baggy was harmed in its writing.

Overall day: Relaxed.
That whole "Are you a dog person or a cat person?" thing. Never have understood it. Furry Mama loves all her furries. She'd always have said that she wasn't either. That she loves cats and dogs equally. And she does. But! Since Minty Mutt left, and Pepper joined the Stone-Saunders furry gang, Clever Bird has realised that if there was no choice but to make a statement as to which she was, then Furry Mama would say that she was a dog person! She adores her pussy cats, but they do do their own thing. Everything is on their terms. They don't really need Furry Mama. Well apart from to feed them and even that they can manage quite well for themselves. They're both profligate hunters! But dogs need you. They want you. They worship you. They think you're the best thing on the planet. They don't just want to be with you all the time; they need to be with you all the time. Especially if they're a little scaredy-pooch like Pepper!
Being a fairly insecure body herself, Baggy can appreciate this attitude to life. She might come across as a cat, all self-assured, independent, in need of no one, happy to be on her own, a free spirit who's happy to curl up anywhere, but that's rubbish! She's just like Pepper really. You only need to see her trotting around after number one furry to know that baggetts. And now she has Pepper too. Furry Mama loves him, but Hormonal Hannah really needs him. Furry Mama might be building Pepper's confidence, but Pepper is building Hannah's confidence as well. And he's so loving. For a nervy dog, he does love a cuddle. At 5.00am this morning he decided that a cuddle was in order. Baggy was woken by a furry jumping up behind her back. Clever Bird thought it was The Hinge. Until a tongue licked her face and she realised Pepper had positioned himself between her and Calum!
The pooch has also decided that in order to be as close as possible to his mum and dad, he needs to travel in the front of the cars with them! As they're both left-hand drive, he does get a few funny looks from other drivers! But he likes to know where he's going. Today's trip was to the yard to briefly see the Boys, before the supermarket for lots of naughty food (Baggy insisted as it's her Birthday weekend). Funny how Pepper is happy to be left in the car or camper, but nowhere else. But then it's Hannah's safe place too............
