So much for taking a day off.

Note to readers (my lovely Baggees): For the avoidance of any doubt - every character in this blog is me!!! No Baggy was harmed in its writing.

Baggy's daily state!
Depression (Black = really bad/Grey = not great/Blue = okay/Yellow = sunny day): Grey.
Anxiety (From 1 = barely any to 10 = gibbering wreck standard): 6.
Tears: No.
Pancakes (Yes/No): Not yet.
Syns (Baggy is allowed 8-15):  Blame Hannah!
Weight in her terrifying naked state (Stones and pounds): Slightly less than yesterday.
Overall day:  😱

It's a fact, Baggy did need a day off today. But it's been a struggle. It's the first day in a while that Baggy hasn't been over to the soon-to-be-a-holiday cottage. But of course that meant that she didn't have to get up. Yesterday she was up at 4.00am. Today she made herself get up at 9.30am. But the ghastly black cloud was back and she's had a bad headache all day. It seems to Clever Bird that Baggy really needs to keep Hormonal Hannah occupied all the time. If she's not occupied, she has time to "think" and the cloud seems to appear.

Maybe because she hasn't had a day at home for a couple of weeks, or maybe because home is now a total cluttered mess whereas the soon-to-be-a is uncluttered and immaculate, or maybe because she's just had three days with number one furry, or maybe just because depression is totally random, or maybe all of the above, but for whatever reason, Baggy didn't want to leave her home at all today. She wanted a day off. She needed a day off. But she struggled to take a day off. Furry Mama had to drag Baggy out to take Minty Mutt for a walk. She decided to pootle round the village. For the first time since Baggy's lived in the village, the Church was actually open (it's been shut due to "mindless vandalism" - is there any other kind?) but they've fitted it out with CCTV, so now it's open. Psychic Ploppo needed to go in. She took Baggy and Minty in, and they just sat quietly for ten minutes.

When they got home, Hannah couldn't stand the state of the house, so Gloria Gardener took her for a wander around the garden. Furry Mama noticed that the birds were out of food - thirty minutes later she'd filled all their feeders. Minty, Bracket and Hinge all followed her as she walked from one seat to another, dropping peanuts, seed, raisins and mealworms whenever she tried to fill a feeder. The featheries watched on, wondering why Furry Mama had the killing-machines in tow. When Baggy went in to get something to eat, (only to realise that Clever Bird had left all her lunch things at the soon-to-be-a-holiday cottage), Hannah couldn't take it - the lack of food; the mess. The Domestic Goddess decided to help her out. But the mess is so bad, that she barely touched the surface. Hannah felt worse. Baggy retired back to the garden and sat with the featheries and the furries. Grotty Groom really wanted to see her Boys, but Hannah just couldn't bear to go out. Some of it's guilt again. But at least Grotty knows that the Boys are well and very happy in their new home. When everything has settled back down and the cottage is earning some money, Grotty may have a look-in again.

Meanwhile Baggy has to get to the soon-to-be-a before 8.00am tomorrow, just in case the two single mattresses that Creative Clara ordered for the second bedroom, arrive. The beds are due on Monday. Gloria needs to do some more serious gardening, to have any chance of being ready for possible first guests in a few weeks time. So once again Baggy will attempt to get up at 4.00am tomorrow. But although she'll be exhausted, Clever Bird suspects that Hannah won't have so much of a chance to dominate the gang...........
