Baggy loves going to Fat Club. Not to get on the scales. No definitely not that at the moment as Baggy is merrily piling weight back on. No, to see her friends and to get some encouragement to get back on track. She likes to stay to the group meeting and get motivated. Freda Fretter is not beating herself up that she's put on yet another pound. But she has had a reality check. It's so much easier to put a pound on than to lose it. And truthfully, this is exactly how she managed to get up to over sixteen stone before.
"Oh well it's only a pound, I still look okay".
"Oh well it's only a pound, I still look okay".
"Oh well it's only a pound, I still look okay".
"Oh well it's only a pound, I still look okay".

Urrrrrrmmm! No, actually you don't anymore Baggy. All that hard work to lose three-and-a-half stone and you've already put eleven-and-a-half pounds back on. Well enough! What was the reality check bloggees?
Well, having been to Fat Club Baggy went and bought more paint for The Domestic Goddess, so that she could get on with painting the soon-to-be-a-holiday cottage. Home again, after a very healthy lunch she set to with enthusiasm. Clever Bird realised very quickly that she had bought the wrong coloured "yellow" paint for the kitchen. But as it turns out, that was a good thing. The kitchen looks slightly less nuts now. The Goddess did well. She's now managed to paint the whole kitchen this week (in two days), apart from the ceiling. Yay! So, the reality check. Number one furry got home early from work, having started at 3.00am, so Creative Clara asked him to take a photo of The Goddess in action for her blog. And this was the reality check:
Baggy is getting a little chunky again! But the lovely Fat Club leader called Baggy a "new member" this morning, and this evening Clever Bird understands why. She is starting afresh, sticking to the healthy eating plan! It's clever: no calorie counting, just foods you can eat as much as you like of and others that have "syns". You can have eight to fifteen syns a day. Clever Bird decided that Baggy should announce to the universe her daily syn count - that should keep her on the straight and narrow!
And the kitchen, well it's getting there:
Tomorrow the master bedroom, before heading home..........
