Note to readers (my lovely bloggees): For the avoidance of any doubt - every character in this blog is me!!! No Baggy was harmed in its writing.
Baggy's daily state!

Overall day: 😀
Clever Bird has decided that it's not always helpful for Creative Clara to write in her blog if Baggy's had a really difficult day (mentally), because sometimes by the time she's writing she's okay - then describing it sets her back. So, in the style of Bridget Jones, see the above!
Baggy employed her inner Grrrrrr! from the moment she (eventually) got up today. After Furry Mama had walked the mutt in the lovely sunshine, Clever Bird got out her maps and pens and started to draw out plans of the land they are buying. It took two hours, but finally she was satisfied that the solicitor and land registry should understand it. Baggy's anxiety level dropped as soon as she'd finished it. Creative Clara took a load of photos to back it all up. Cover letter written, Baggy took Clever Bird into town. Photos printed off; maps and letter photocopied, Baggy decided to treat herself to a cappuccino. The best place for that, her (new) cousins' café (well technically they're Calum's cousins, but Baggy's decided they are hers too as she likes being part of a huge family).
The Hideout Café in Baggy's new town, Halesworth, is well worth a visit if you're in the area bloggees; delicious coffee and home-made everything!
Tempted as she was, Baggy resisted the cakes. Why? Because her Slimming World target weight (with clothes on - obviously), is 11st 12lbs, which she had reached! (BUT see above!) Hmmmm.
While enjoying her cappuccino, Clever Bird started to sort out her plans, photos and letters to take them to the solicitors, at which point Clever Bird realised that it would have helped enormously if Hormonal Hannah hadn't left all the photocopies in the photocopier. Sigh. Quick dash back to the library. Cappuccino drinking resumed. Coffee froth and chocolate all over the originals. Sigh again. Baggy loves Halesworth. How can you not love a town with street bollards like this?
As Baggy was in a good strong Grrrr! mood, she took Grotty over to spend some time with the Boys. They were pleased to see her. She enjoyed grooming them, although the amount of fur coming out of Wessles is beyond ridiculous.
Grotty lunged Wesley in the outdoor school. The dopey animal was quivering like a jelly because there were horses on the horse walker - the walker that he goes on every day. But he was a good boy.
Home again, Gloria Gardener was inspecting her (soon to be legally her) garden, while Furry Mama threw Minty's ball. She got distracted talking to some villagers, only to wonder where Mint had gone. Furry Mama spotted him in the undergrowth eating something. She assumed it was another old tennis ball. She was nearly sick when she saw what it actually was:
One baby collared dove. Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Furry Mama couldn't believe that Mint would have killed Derek, but there he was eating it. Bizarrely she didn't go into a meltdown. Shock probably. Furry Mama made Mint leave it and picked the bits up so he couldn't eat any more. She went to put the poor little bird in the bin, saying a little prayer for it as she did so. Only to spot Derek looking at her!!!!!!!!
She was so pleased and relieved to see her little feathery friend that she burst into tears. Then Furry Mama started to panic that it was Derek's Mum; thankfully not, she flew overhead just as she thought it. So it's possible that it was a sibling of Derek's who was also blown from the nest and Freda Fretter is praying that he was already dead before Mint found him. Furry Mama is one hundred percent certain that Mint wouldn't have killed him deliberately, but he does weigh ten stone, so if he trod on him, who knows.
But Derek lives!!!!!!
So Baggy has not been brought down! Another good day............
